 We were impressed the first time we ate at your restaurant - that was a year ago when we got married. We returned this year for our 1st anniversary and are pleased to inform you that our dinner far exceeded our already high expectations! Reggie was outstanding and more than gracious to choose our wine for the evening. The pistachio encrusted lamb was ... well ... WOW. The crab cakes are only equaled by those found on the shores of the Chesapeake Bay. Once again, the escargot was flawless. A standing round of applause for Pamplemousse and we would like to reserve a table now for mid- January 2002 - our 2nd anniversary.

Dear Pierre-Jean:

I want to thank you for my visit to your restaurant.  After visiting Las Vegas, suddenly I wanted out and found Pamplemousse to be my sanctuary for sanity.

Not only was the environment very inviting and quiet, but I must comment on the fabulous food and super staff.  Our host and waiter were the most serving, most accomodating host and waiter I have ever had in my dining experiences.  The food was beyond excellent, and if anything I will visit Las Vegas again just to have dinner at Pamplemousse (I have often fantasized about it since my return to Seattle).

I am proud to say that I dined at your restaurant, and happily recommend it to friends who are visiting Las Vegas, even if only for a short while.  I see it as a "jewel" in Las Vegas that can go unnoticed, unless others point it out.

Nonetheless, after a three hour dinner at your restaurant, I found it to be more relaxing than a massage at the finest of spas.  Congratulations on owning a truly fine establishment, and on the wonderful reviews that you receive every day.  You deserve it!

Just wanted to drop you a note to thank you so very much for the absolutely awesome dinner/reception you and your staff provided for our daughter's wedding on September 10, 2000. Words can't describe our true feelings nor express our gratitude enough.

The atmosphere of the room you put us in - superb. The service by Reggie - excellent!! The food - mouth watering delicious!! The champagne you suggested (Domaine Chandon, Reserve Cuvee "2000") - couldn't have been any better. (We drank both bottles.) The entire staff - service above and beyond expectation.

Our daughter and son-in-law enjoyed themselves tremendously. And especially the 'Chateaubriand' and Escargots! The wedding cake was beautiful and delicious. (But I though we weren't going to be able to have the cake? Reggie said something about 'Creme brulee'? Just curious - definitely not complaining!)

You, Reggie, and your entire staff are to be commended for the outstanding job you did for this very special occasion. Again - we can't thank you enough.

We (and any of our friends/relatives) will be back to visit you on any future trips to Las Vegas. You have become one of the definite 'highlights' for our visits!

John was so kind and informative when we called to make reservations.  In person, he was delightful and made great suggestions when we ordered.  The service was friendly and at just the right pace for us to enjoy our romantic meal and wine.

The food itself was fabulous.  We have never had such delicious escargot (the chef's special recipe) in our lives.  And the rest of the meal just followed suit.

Thanks for the reply.
To help clarify the smoking issue for you, we arrived as soon as you opened after our wedding ceremony, I think about 6.00. When we enquired about smoking the 'Maitre De' explained  that due to the 'Comdex' conference, smoking was not allowed because of the increased bookings.
I did not, I must confess, stipulate smoking in my reservation.
Please feel free to post my comments in your guest book, further your restaurant is one of the finest I have dined in.

Many thanks to you and your staff for helping to make our important day that extra bit special. Needless to say your fine establishment will always be recommended by me.
