Set in a gentle ambiance of a French country inn, the Pamplemousse is warm,  romantic and casual,  not stuffy and pretentious.  "When you go to a hotel you might have marble and big draperies but it's not intimate and warm." Georges said. About half of his Guests are locals, the rest are out-of-town regulars. Occasionally a cabbie drops off a tourist who has heard about the place through word-of-mouth.  Pamplemousse reputation goes all the way to Chicago and New York and as far as Europe and Australia! Some of his regular Guests are flying back and forth from Dallas and Los Angeles only to enjoy  an evening at....   The Pamplemousse!
